Aupair documentation and processing

There are many consulatancies which provide  the service to those who want to be an Aupair . But we all want the best one and same situation was mine. My same brother ,who told me about Aupair, said 'ACE Network Consultancy(Mars Study)' is most reliable and renowned private institute which provides best services of all. Then I went to ACE Network Consultancy( https://www.facebook.com/abroad11?fref=ts ) where I met Sabin Khadka sir who explained me all about Aupair and provided me with lots of information over Aupair. Finally I got my all answers of my questions that were raising in my mind for few days. What is the main job of an Aupair? how is all processing done? what are rules for an Aupair? and many more things. And when I had started applying Embassy of Germany was so strict those days so Sabin sir insisted me to continuemy A2 classes. He provided free A2 classes to his candidates applying from that consultancy. I was regular student of A2 classes then. Slowly i knew what documents are required for processing.
DOCUMENTS:
--Citizenship
-- Passport
--A1 level report card with passed result
--Academic Certificates
--Extra-curricular activities Certificates( specially certificate of social works)
--Lots of photos with children
--A video describing few things about yourself and your family and also how you got the information about Aupair and why you want to be an Aupair in respected country, dedicated to the family.
--Dear family letter
--And some imformation about your including your hobbies
-- And some money( I paid Nrs. 20000 at first)
These were some prior documents required at the first stage of processing. And your processing for an Aupair is started...

Classes and Exams

And it was second day of my A1 level class. Slowly I met new friends there. Some were applying as students and I was only one there whose intension was to be an aupair. Soosma became my close friend there who was in dilemma, either to apply in student visa or aupair visa. At the end of october, our class was finished and Soosma and I had our language test examination on 19th December. I am a girl from Nepal. Dashain and Tihar are our two big festivals and in November we had holidays for this festival and we celebrated it with great enthusiasm. And after all it was exam date. And both of our exams went well. Although we studied in another institution, we have to give examination from Goethe Zentrum. Actually there are three options to attend A1 classes and exams. One, study from any private institution but examination should be given under supervision of Goethe Zentrum. Second one, we have Volkshochschule(VHS) where we can take classes as well as exams are under supervision of VHS. And last one is we have Campus of International Languages(Biswa Bhasa Campus) which is cheaper of all but has semesterwise classes. this is government institution which gives classes and conduct exams with their own syllabus. All of these, I had done small mistake because I didn't have prior information about that and i don't want other to repeat same mistake. As you start your classes in private institution, please take date of examination from Goethe Zentrum as soon as possible. This won't make your time loss as I had lost my two months. Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening are four parts of examination. In three different supervision the rules and technique may be different but all has these four parts. I had attended Goethe examination, so in Goethe and inVHS all these four parts are taken in a day. But in Campus of International Languages four diferrent parts are taken in four different days. You may have lots of questions like what my others friend did? Didn't they attend A1 exams? And many more. They were applying as students, so they had to study upto B1 level (A1, A2, B1) and they attended A1 and A2 exams in Edupark Institution and B1 in Goethe. Finally after a week of examination we had our results. Soosma, my friend got 65% and I got 70%.

August 2015

I was planning to apply for USA as in student visa. One day i was reading TOEFL in my home, suddenly my brother got a call and he said one of his friend's sister went to Germany as an Aupair. That word 'AUPAIR' strike in my mind and i was so curious to know what it actually is? And then i asked my brother about it, if he know something about it. He gave little knowledge about this. he said reading German language is the most. After listening my excitement fell down. But my mind only thought about being aupair in coming days. Actually aupair is cultural exchange program between two countries in which mostly a girl or rarely a boy above 18 years go in a family of next country and help them to look their children and do some light household works like gardening, cleaning child's room, sometime cooking, land looking to their pets(if they have), etc. An aupair recieves 260 euro as pocketmoney and 50 euro for language classes. Normally aupair has one year contract in Germany(in other countries more than one year). We are from middle class family and aupair is a free program so it was best way for me to experience abroad life and was affordable too. I talked with my mom about this and she said okay if you want to apply for this then first know about the classes and estimate how long will it take for all processing. then i went to edupark ,which was near from my house and renowned for better German language instute as well. I admitted there as A1 student of German language student. I paid Nrs. 10,000 for my first level of language. The madam there told 'okay Anisha your regular classes are from August 31. You should be regular in class.'I said okay ma'am we will meet on 31st. BYE!BYE!'.
